Tuition free, in person de-escalation training for active U.S. 9-1-1 call takers, dispatchers, and public safety records technicians. Funded through the U.S. Department of Justice COPS grant program. Pre-registration required. Class size is limited. If enrolling mulitple students please put them on one invoice. The course is POST certified in California CCN#1301-21207 Additional state certifications include Michigan TKT2025-6092 The grant is for local, state, city, county, tribal, 9-1-1 dispatchers.

Recruitment and training are the foundation for your PSAP. Our Communications Training Officer certification course and Advanced Training Officer (Advanced CTO) courses support your programs so your trainers transition to highly effective teachers.
Wellness Pillar
Most of our courses in this pillar are designed for understanding and managing the unique stressors associated with working as a 9-1-1 first responder. We also offer a Wellness course for field first responders.
