Research data suggests evidence that field personnel may be negatively influenced by dispatch priming. By developing a deeper understanding of the cognitive processes of both officers and dispatchers, the course intends to introduce the concept of priming.

This course is specifically tailored for current 9-1-1 first responders and is open to all active 9-1-1 first responders. It is POST-certified in California, NMLEA-certified in New Mexico, and approved in Michigan. Please note, If you fail to attend without canceling or transferring, you will be ineligible for future free training (any subject) from our company. Please cancel or transfer your registration at least 14 days before the class if you cannot attend.
