This course is specifically tailored for current 9-1-1 first responders and is open to all active 9-1-1 first responders. It is POST-certified in California, NMLEA-certified in New Mexico, and approved in Michigan. Please note, If you fail to attend without canceling or transferring, you will be ineligible for future free training (any subject) from our company. Please cancel or transfer your registration at least 14 days before the class if you cannot attend.

Public Safety Call-takers and Dispatchers increasingly deal with callers in crisis and this courses explores communication techniques specific to critical situations. All class times listed are Pacific (California) time.

This course is specifically designed for 9-1-1 first responders, Records trainers, or professional staff who are tasked with writing daily or weekly observation reports, assigned as communications training officers, training officers, administrative assignments or supervisors overseeing the training program.

Most of our courses in this pillar are designed for understanding and managing the unique stressors associated with working as a 9-1-1 first responder. We also offer a Wellness course for field first responders.
