This course is specifically tailored for current 9-1-1 calltakers & dispatchers, only. It is POST-certified in California, NMLEA-certified in New Mexico, and approved in Michigan. Please note, If you fail to attend without canceling or transferring, you will be ineligible for future free training (any subject) from our company. Please cancel or transfer your registration at least 14 days before the class if you cannot attend to allow those on the waitlist to attend.

This is a basic leadership course designed for emerging leaders or those wishing to promote in a public safety agency. It is also a good refresher for those in leadership positions. It is designed for 9-1-1 first responders and professional staff.

Tuition free, in person de-escalation training for active U.S. 9-1-1 call takers, dispatchers, and public safety records technicians. Funded through the U.S. Department of Justice COPS grant program. Pre-registration required. Class size is limited. If enrolling mulitple students please put them on one invoice. The course is POST certified in California CCN#1301-21207 Additional state certifications include Michigan TKT2025-6092 The grant is for local, state, city, county, tribal, 9-1-1 dispatchers.

Most of our courses in this pillar are designed for understanding and managing the unique stressors associated with working as a 9-1-1 first responder. We also offer a Wellness course for field first responders.
