The course is POST certified in California CCN#1301-21207 Additional state certifications include Michigan TKT2025-6092 The grant is for local, state, city, county, tribal, 9-1-1 dispatchers.

Courses designed with a holistic approach with considerations for 9-1-1 first responders and field first responders ranging from Active Shooter to Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs.
Leadership Pillar
Real-world leadership courses facilitated online and in-person. The courses challenge students in a thoughtful and considerate way and are designed for real 9-1-1 challenges.
Retention Pillar
Recruitment and training are the foundation for your PSAP. Our Communications Training Officer certification course and Advanced Training Officer (Advanced CTO) courses support your programs so your trainers transition to highly effective teachers.
Wellness Pillar
Most of our courses in this pillar are designed for understanding and managing the unique stressors associated with working as a 9-1-1 first responder. We also offer a Wellness course for field first responders.
