Tuition free, in person de-escalation training for active U.S. 9-1-1 call takers, dispatchers, and public safety records technicians. Funded through the U.S. Department of Justice COPS grant program. Pre-registration required. Class size is limited. If enrolling mulitple students please put them on one invoice. The course is POST certified in California CCN#1301-21207 Additional state certifications include Michigan TKT2025-6092 The grant is for local, state, city, county, tribal, 9-1-1 dispatchers.
