This course is specifically tailored for current 9-1-1 first responders and is open to all active 9-1-1 first responders. It is POST-certified in California, NMLEA-certified in New Mexico, and approved in Michigan. Description

Stressful work-related events occur repetitively in public safety and stressful work environments may enhance risk for various mental health conditions. Learn the science behind wellness to develop coping and resilience skills to jump start the path to wellness.

Prerequisites

While there is no tuition fee for this course, it is important to recognize that no-shows may jeopardize your eligibility for future complimentary training programs.
