Leadership Workshop

This 4-day course is tailored for those in public safety organizations leading professional Communications/Dispatch staff. The course is tailored for experienced leaders and does a deep dive in discovering leadership styles and qualities, conflict resolution skills, as well as the importance of accountability in the complex world of dispatch. 

Under the instruction provided by a qualified instructor(s) each student will acheive the following learning outcomes:

• Discover leadership styles and qualities
• Identify the importance of accountability to maintain health organizations.
• Analyzing and identifying conflicting needs
• Identify resources regarding stress and emotional health related to critical incidents.
• Understanding the principles of accountability and reviewing organizational commitment.
