The course is co-facilitated by a SWAT Supervisor/Team Leader to fully implement an understanding of the importance of dispatch personnel in successful field outcomes.

Certified in California, Massachusetts, and Michigan.

Prerequisites

Active duty 9-1-1 first responder (dispatcher/telecommunicator), police officer, or fire fighter.
